Member accounts

ChatGPT handles sign-in. Stillwave receives a site-specific account identifier and email to identify your account and verify membership. We do not receive your ChatGPT password or conversation history. Use the same account each time.

Payments

When billing opens, Stripe will process payments and store billing information. Stillwave does not store card numbers. We associate your account identifier with Stripe customer and subscription records so we can provide and manage access.

Service data

Hosting, authentication, and payment providers may process technical logs, IP addresses, and device information necessary to operate and secure their services. We do not sell your personal data.

Requests

For account, privacy, or deletion requests: Customer support details will be published before purchases open. Some payment and transaction records may need to be retained for required business records.
